Feature of the Month is Spacious and Natural

One of the best features of this home is its spacious rooms. Take the kitchen, for example. It includes high-end lighting, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. There is plenty of room to add barstools and there are convenient outlets for various kitchen needs. The BOLD Company definitely had its future owners in mind when they created this home!

Moreover, the natural sunlight shines brightly in this featured home which brings a tranquil element to every space. Every room is perfectly crafted with lighting in mind, whether this is natural lighting due to the open floor plan and two-story bay windows, or the high-end, custom lighting installation.

Between its positive ‘feel’ and practical usability, this spacious mudroom can deliver it all.

Eye Catching Elements

The open staircase in the center of the house is particularly eye-catching. Furthermore, the second floor overlooks the great room and kitchen areas and this modern staircase clearly runs its way down to the lower level. This lower level is perfection. With its custom stone fireplace, its own bar and nook area, along with extra storage, this space will make family and friends happy for years to come. Furthermore, it includes a walkout basement with five windows and an entry door. In addition to the covered and screen porch, the scenic views of the river are still visible from the walk-out basement.

As you can see, there is interesting and intricate tile on the bathroom walls. Creative designs were put into place to use a variety of textiles to bring a notable and eclectic look. The bathroom walls are painted with deep and light grays and numerous shades of tan and brown. Additionally, the color scheme was specifically chosen to bring a warm, and tranquil environment to this home.
