With our online management tool you will be able to keep tabs on your new home build from anywhere in the world as long as you have an internet connection.

 

Specs and Selections

This is where you will be able to manage all of the choices and upgrades you make on your project. You will be able to see and make the various selections you have made as well as those upcoming.

 

Financials and Change orders

Once you make a choice in the Specs and Selections page your decisions along with any financial implication will show on your financials page. The Bold Company will also create a change order or approval document where you can digitally sign to make a formal signoff on your selections.
 

 

Messages

Our online system has its own areas for notes, messages and questions. This allows the communication to take place at the particular item in question. In addition the reply from the Bold Company will be sent to your email for easy notification.

Warranty

Once everything is complete you can submit warranty requests on this page. You can see the status, add comments and pictures as necessary and veriy when items are complete.

 

3 Tips for smooth Communication during the build process

1. Run all electronic communication through our online project management system

This ensures all the right people see the important details. This includes your builder, tradesmen, Materials suppliers and even your spouse. So rather than just sending an email, send it through our project management system so that all the communication is organized and available to the appropriate people.

 

2. Use Comments to keep your communication organized

Most any item in our online management system has a comments box associated with it. Much like commenting on a photo or post on social media, the comments box allows you and the team at BOLD to comment on a particular selection item or warranty request. Each new comment will trigger an email to you, but this information will also be held at the appropriate place in our project management system.

 

3. Review and clear your updates

When you log into the site you will eventually see items with a small green “updated” tag next to them. That means an important detail has changed in regards to that item. It could be a new comment or an updated choice or selection. These items will stay marked as updated until you click on the updated icon to make it go away. That way you never miss any new updates on your project. If you clear those often it will be easy to tell what is new and needs your attention.
